Fall Elopement at Lookout Mountain

Sara and Caleb were married on 10.10.2020. First off, what a cool date. Second, what a cool couple!

I loved sharing their special day with them. They got ready at the cabin they were renting for the week. After stopping at a salon to have her hair done, Sara did her own makeup at home. Glass Animals played in the background, one of Sara and Caleb’s favorite bands (mine, too!). Caleb was in the main room, playing games and relaxing. He chose colorful socks to go with his attire for the day.

The duo met on Match.com. They had both purchased a Groupon for the site’s membership, and both were skeptical that it would work. Yet, here we are today! After they got ready, they saw each other for the first time, we did a few photos, then made our way to Lookout Mountain where they would exchange vows. It’s very rare for me to join in on elopements, so I was humbled to witness something so special. It was Sara, Caleb, and myself. That was it! They were so sweet, and clearly head over heals for each other.

After exchanging vows, they signed their marriage license, we took some more photos, and they cracked a couple beers and popped a bottle of champagne. They planned to make dinner and eat cake upon returning to the cabin. It was an intimate day, and it was so perfectly, uniquely theirs. Sara and Caleb, I couldn’t be more thankful to have joined you on your big day! Thank you for having me!

Xoxo,

Savannah
