Moments: Lighting up the dance floor

Hello friends!

I’m starting a series called β€œMoments” to show you some of my personal favorite moments from weddings and engagement sessions.

I am a HUGE sucker for a good dance floor. The reception is always such a good time during a wedding. I’ve witnessed some tear-jerking, laugh-out-loud funny speeches, I’ve tasted some delicious food, and I’ve encountered some world-class dancing skills. In celebration mode, dancing seems to be our go-to for expressing joy. I love that everyone is so present when they dance. It’s so fun to capture. I also love capturing movement, and dancing is such a great opportunity to do so.

Without further ado, enjoy some classic dance moves courtesy of some weddings I’ve attended. If you choose to whip out a couple of these at your own wedding, I’ll be right there to photograph all of that grooooove.

Man goes all out on the dance floor and shows off his killer moves.

I can’t wait to whip out some dance moves with YOU at YOUR wedding. Believe me when I say, there is no such thing as a boring dance floor.

Cheers my dears,

Savannah
